We made it to Utah

We couldn't have been more excited to get out of the car and FINALLY be a Grandma & Grandpa's house!  It was so long!  We left our house Friday the 20th about 5 am and got to their house Saturday around 4 pm.  It seemed like we weren't making any progress someone would ask how much longer and we still have 7 or 8 hours or more left.  Everyone was restless, excited, sick of the car, and eating junk!  But we made it!   Joel and I celebrated his 35th birthday bright and early Monday morning by going to the St. George Temple together.  It was so nice, I haven't been to the temple since we moved and it was way too long.  It was a wonderful way to start out the morning and Christmas week.  Then for lunch we went out at Warner Valley to shoot guns, roast hot dogs, and ride four wheelers with cousins and then went out to dinner.  Christmas eve the kids went to Frozen with G Andrus while we wrapped presents.  Then we had a program at G&G Baker's.  Jessica was a wiseman and the girls sang or played songs.  My Aunt Wanda recited her poem about getting your hair done which she does every year, it is great.

Then off to the Andrus party.  Here Brooklyn is playing Phantom of the Opera, she hasn't done piano since we moved and did a great job playing it without practicing.  Then all the 39 3/4 grandkids (well the ones that live here, there is still 12 that live in CA) open their pajamas that Grandma makes for them every year!
